Dr Jo is credited with guiding Olympic champion Noah Lyles to become the fastest man on the planet and supporting Yohan Blake, the second-fastest man in history. She has worked with many of the fastest male and female sprinters ever, and across 19 international sports — from NBA and AFL to elite football and NFL.
With a PhD focused on musculoskeletal asymmetry and hands-on experience coaching across four different sports, Dr Jo brings unparalleled insight into how movement drives performance. Her passion lies in helping athletes live their full potential, knowing that growth and the intelligent application of knowledge are key to unlocking next-level performance.
